So, correct me if I’m wrong, please, but this is what I understand of the greenhouse effect and how it cause global warming:
The Earth gets most of it’s energy from the sun in the form of radiation. Some of this energy rebounds back into space, while a little bit of it is absorbed by Earth’s atmosphere, reflecting heat to the Earth’s surface. Greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide, when emitted because of industrial, transportational, agricultural, and housing purposes, create a thick layer that absorbs the heat and reflects it back to Earth, rather than leting it be lost to space. This causes the Earth’s climate to change as temperatures go up and polar icecaps melt, making the oceans overflow.
Is that correct?

95% of “greenhouse gases” is water vapor. 0.054% of all the gases in the atmosphere is CO2 and the amount we put into the atmosphere is way less then that. Global warming is propaganda to help us spend more money on politicians. It’s like if I said I needed donations to help my sister get into the beauty pageant but all my money was going to her hand fan to keep her cool after she exits the stage you would obviously assume I’m scamming people to get lots of money for myself. It’s the same for global warming. People are funding a cause that doesn’t exist.
Trees, bacteria, and volcano’s produce way more CO2 then humans, and the ocean produces the most in all.
The Earths temperature is completely related to the activity of the sun. When there is a lot of sunspots from lots of solar activity the temperature of the Earth goes up, and when there is barely any sunspots (activity) the temperature tends to decrease. So unless the money the politicians are getting is to somehow cause the Sun to have less Sun spots, their cause is going directly to their pockets.

Yeah I pretty much agree with you.
We know nothing.
The world will be how it will be.
More often then not we say something will happen and go, “I mean… the opposite will happen even though I said it will probably never happen ever.”
How common is it that weathermen predict sunshine and it rains or some other typical quirk? So we’re supposed to believe the ultra weather forecast as such?
Yeah, whatever.

So global warming is when the temperature of the earth rises. The green house effect is what warms the earth with its natural gasses such as water vapor and carbon dioxide. is it us who put too much gasses into the whole green house effect that makes the green house effect over warm the earth?

When the air or the atmospheric ozone layer become thicker do to too much carbon dioxide emissions, it doesn’t let out as much solar energy. The solar energy that does not escape bounces off that ozone layer and back to earth, thus heating up the planet.

The molecules of certain gases in the atmosphere are caused to vibrate by the long wave radiation that sunlight becomes when reflected off the earth’s surface. This vibrating cause the energy to be redirected in all directions rather than just escape into space. Thus, these greenhouse gases retain heat in the atmosphere and this is the greenhouse effect. Without the effect, the earth would be too cold for life.
The amount of energy that is retained by the atmosphere is directly to the amount of the various greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. The most prevalent is CO2, although Methane is a more powerful greenhouse gas. Throughout the history of the earth, all climate change has been affected by the amount of CO2 and methane in the atmosphere.
Global Warming refers to increasing temperatures of the atmosphere specifically due to the increase of CO2 due to human activity. Our primary source of energy is to burn fossil and wood fuels and this burning creates more CO2. This additional CO2 has caused enhanced the greenhouse effect and caused the atmosphere to retain more heat. Scientists are projecting that this initial warming will cause more powerful feedbacks, most notably an increase in atmospheric methane released from thawing tundra and more energy absorbed by dark oceans as the white polar ice caps recede. Global warming will be the result of all changes, including the initial CO2 and the feedbacks.

The greenhouse effect is natural. The more greenhouse gasses you have, the stronger the effect is. So adding greenhouse gasses makes the greenhouse effect stronger. This makes the planet warmer.
